Yo... Waah so long never post coz been very busy lately. Well, had x-country last friday and it went quite well. I had to do crowd control with Marcus, (Excuse me, please do not block the finishing line, please move to the side, clear the way, do not stand around here, move la, siam eh, F_ _K OFF la c_ib_i!!!) Ya, so dats what I did (Not the vulgarities) and we also sold 100+, 1 for $1. Sold all 360 of them. (Ra'uf and gang must be good sellers) And part A and B be were good helpers (Although some are irritating me, a lot).

Yesterday's training was okay, ROD planning, PT, Footdrill. (Actually, theres games but they fall in late coz of the stupid assembly and it was cut). I was pissed off at some people coz they didn't lock the room (Feared something would happen). At the end of the training, some cadets came and say that they lost some dough (And it amounts to quite a lot). At first, i thought they were joking but they were serious and my fears were true. !@£$%^&*()_+{}~:@<>?,./;'[]#-

Today, we had our 5th training of our NCO's life. (1+ more month....) Everybody seems to have trouble coping and balancing with school and NCC life, (especially the top rankers), but we are managing okay-ly. (Much of my homework is pushed aside...can that be called managing well?) ROD is also coming up, and we are lagging behind schedule. Anyway, today's training was a typical one (except the dip in attendance...are they doing it purposely, looking at my last post?) Lessons, ROD planning, footdrill, D&D, Home Sweet Home.

The matter that concerns me now is discipline. Looking at the part A's footdrill, it was quite shocking as they could not even get constant solid bangs. (Don't talk about marching...) But that can be improve through practice. What is worser is their discipline. Discipline is important for any team, group or organization to prosper. Discipline cannot be taught, it must be instilled. I saw the part A's making mistake after mistake and repeating some of them over and over again. I closed one eye until i could not bear it anymore and send them to push up position. I know their future PS was fuming when he send them for a visit to Mr. Gate. (Coincidentally, they met the part B's there) I hope the part A's would learn from their mistake and not repeat them again.
Now, i understand that when my past NCO's pump us, it was for a reason. (Mostly) I also realise the importance of punishment as a way of learning. Blah, blah, blah... anyway, my life currently sux now because of one big mouth idiot.(But at least CSM got worst.)

Stay Vigilant, Be Resilient

today...was IMT for the pt B....de only prob was that no one told me i had to follow dem der till dis morn...mmhmm...wasnt dat fun now dat u're de one standin n watchin dem....mistakes dey do reflect on u...finally understood why it was such a privilege to be de one sittin down...de one to shoot...de ones to show a good image of de sch, urself n ur NCOs.....cos u wont have to be responsible for most of what u do anywer around....not only do u have to watch over dem n thier actions....u also need to help wif some of de things der if needed to.....so the mainpt is dat bein de ones to follow from behind may not necessarily be de worst job ever...it's does who lead upfront dat understands why they are the real losers.....

Man yesterday training was nearly gonna be F'ed up. it was on the borderline. We werent at all prepared what to do and liker nothing to do! And as for our CAS, hes trying to be organized sia ( got 1 big file always on his hand, hang keys on his belt loop ). Next time, after the black notebook and the SOP stuff comes out, ill have with me a NCC clipboard( and a pen). Sorry for copying you 53. But wtf lah i and jw buy the blue notebk and then mr.beh say he giving us a free one. lol sia!

Anyway now i feel better thx to the jersey matter is settled. Next time must tell the part c to learn from our mistakes also. it has been 4 and a half months since we ordered it and now then we go collect. btw 1 MAJOR thing. if ur not happy with any1 or anything(which will never happen anymore but just to be sure!) dun ever post it here. The whole world can know about it then. WE should always appear united as one! ( copy from mrbeh.)

Today's trng was a typical one. Part A is here, so yeah its better. But damn suay sia, de NA n NT part A's went for an NE learning journey (Dey could pick any dae n dey chose tuesdae, got problem sia). And de worser thing is dat about 80% of de part A's are NA n NT pupils. So, ya, onli 6 cadets turned up (2 booked in btw. So guai of dem). De part Bs hav quite a high strength, (22), so credits to Ra'uf or some other kind soul (God bless them. Shit! I sound like hardcore) for persuading them to come trng (I hope dis is not a one-off thing).

Anyways, i want to talk about something else, de CAS job (Yes, i noe, don't 'walao again' me, its important). I realise how very, damn, f-ed up de CAS job is. I really salute de past CAS for not jus giving up (N go jump or hang demself, touch wood). Firstly, one (CAS) have to noe de trng plans of de individual PS n design de timetable. Den must photocopy it n de attendance list too. Den must draw keys, make sure rooms are all okay. Den must compile all de attendance n noe who de pon-stars, MCs, sickies, VRs, booking outers, booking inners n so on n so forth. Den got anyting must report to CO or TO. Den must collect valuables oso.

But once de job is complete, one can feel a sense of satisfaction. N can oso lepak in NCC room. I think once one gets de hang of it it'll be nothing n mebbe i can find time to eat before trng oso. N aftr trng can go home n continue admin shit.... how fun.. :(
