2dae normal trng dae. Nothing special except got parade must say ncc pledge coz miss ncc dae one. Boring....zzzz..........But sumting came 2 my atention. Sumting de NCO's always emphasise(cheem sia) on (but we always overlook it): ATTENDANCE .
I realize wat de past NCOs said was right, attendance is very important (n its not coz i'm CAS either) for a training 2 b conducted. One reason is dat jus now der was almost as much no. of ICs as part Bs. (1 to 1 trng?) Coz it looks stupid. Another is de morale of de part will go up. Imagine havin a 10 man trng. ( Damn sian...)
Therefore, de moral of de story is attendance is important. I hope dat more ppl would turn up 4 next trng (n its not coz i must rite report if dey don turn up) n dat includes future NCOs. Anyway, got 2 go do admin shit...
