Man yesterday's training was boring. rauf teaching them IFC, i sit down listen......5 mins past i walk around......then cbay sian i go to class 1a see what the other NCOs-to-be are doing. then i come back. then gen zul play uniform checking. then fit told me abt footdrill thing. then i go tell that to rauf. then i walking to arena to check if got oral. i ask junwei folo me. then one sir(forgot who) talk to me i ask junwei go check. that bugger go to arena look on top on 3rd and 4th floor and come back to me say no oral. then i and he go up and checked. oral was still going on. we wait till one teacher come. she say no oral. then footdrill. i seriously dunno why nowadays i lose my voice after shouting one or two times. its irritating. i think Strepsils FTW.
then i ask the part b touch school gate then they come back. rauf shout 0 they still move. i knock 'em down. then slow recover and all the shit. then at toilet rauf ask all of them if we r being too harsh to them. only one or two replied no. so next training i wont say anything to them. rauf also say i too much knock it down. next training i will only knock them down during D&D if they got repeated mistakes. Anyway next training marcus OIC me 2IC and so on. more like actual training cuz part a got come. The meeting at mac was a failure. Next time i and marc will have a notebook and pen in our pockets( thx to sir aziz ) so that we always write down the NCOs mistakes. then during meeting we can say it out without forgetting. Next training i shall only pump then for their mistakes at D&D.
